These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the RealTranslate service, published by HexaRelay SAS. By creating an account or using the service, you fully accept these Terms.
1. Service Description
- Instant text translation (12 languages)
- Voice mode — real-time speech transcription and translation
- Live AI — continuous simultaneous interpretation
- Encrypted multilingual chat
- Video with live translated subtitles
- Natural text-to-speech for translations
- Works from China and everywhere in the world
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate information at registration.
- One account per person is allowed.
3. Plans and Pricing
Free Plan — €0/month
- Unlimited text translation
- Voice mode via browser (Chrome/Android)
- Two-person conversation mode
- No credit card required
Pro Plan — 9,99 €/month
- OpenAI Whisper (all browsers)
- Premium AI translation (GPT-4o-mini)
- Natural text-to-speech (OpenAI TTS)
- Live AI — simultaneous interpretation
- Encrypted multilingual chat
- Video with live translated subtitles
- 500 transcriptions · 2,000 translations · 500 TTS / day
- 7-day free trial — no immediate charge
4. Subscription and Cancellation
Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from subscription under French consumer law. To exercise it: [email protected]
Refunds
Outside the legal right of withdrawal, subscriptions are non-refundable. For outages over 72 hours, a proportional credit or refund will be issued.

6. Acceptable Use
- Using the service to translate illegal, hateful content or content infringing third-party rights
- Circumventing usage limits or accessing the service through unauthorised automated means
- Reselling or sublicensing the service without written agreement from HexaRelay SAS
- Impersonating a third party in chat or video
- Using the service for surveillance or data collection without others' knowledge
7. Translation Accuracy
RealTranslate is a communication assistance tool. AI-generated translations may be inaccurate. HexaRelay SAS does not guarantee translation accuracy and disclaims liability in medical, legal, financial, or professional contexts. For official documents, use a certified translator.
